Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping is available across the United Arab Emirates, except for Western Region.
Cosmoplast Online Shop has partnered with third party courier company to process the deliveries. Delivery will be scheduled in the following 1-2 business days for all products except for the following:
Walk-in Sheds, Prefabricated Homes, Bicycle Sheds, Palladium Lockers, and DH and Palladium Boxes are delivered within 7 business days.
Cosmoplast has the right to cancel an order if a customer doesn’t schedule their delivery within 30 days of placing their order.
Orders placed during a single transaction that amount to or above AED 100 are exempted from shipping charges. For any order below AED 100, a flat delivery rate of AED 10 is applied.
We understand that you may occasionally wish to return an order. However, we do not accept:
- Products damaged by misuse even if warranty is still valid.
- Products that are already assembled or installed, unless proven as defective.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.
The following items CANNOT be returned once the installation is started or completed: Walk-in Sheds, Palladium Lockers, BOSS Homes, Glass Home, DH & Palladium Deck Boxes.
Any item that is received damaged, with a manufacturing defect, or wrong, can be returned within 14-days from the date that you received your delivery.
To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.
Refunds & Exchanges
You are eligible for a full refund if the item delivered to you is either damaged or defective, or if we delivered the wrong size or color.
The original delivery is non-refundable if you wish to exchange the item for another product, size, or color, or to cancel the order after it has been delivered.
Any item can be returned for exchange within 14-days from the delivery date and must be in the original packaging.
If your return is accepted by us, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
